Thankful for the Autumn colours

The thanksgiving weekend saw some reasonable weather after a drab start. It was nice to get some coastal walks in with a nice calm sunset stroll topping off the Sunday festivities. Lukla had a blast playing in the rock pools, observing a family of otters out in the water and chasing her ball into the seaweed.

Driving through some absolutely stunning areas on the way in fro. The ferry on Saturday morning, I insisted we stop on the way back to have a look around.

The parking area at Goldstream Provincial Park was an absolute zoo, and unfortunately the extreme volume of visitors really took away from the serenity that may otherwise been found here. We managed to escape some crowds for short moments here and there and captured some fun images of the lovely colours that were on display.

Now sitting in a ferry terminal killing FOUR hours of waiting time. Ugh.
